I was asked to quickly make a walkthrough video for a 15 unit townhome development.  Since the destination was social media, I made sure to keep the length short, and not overburden it with facts and figures that could easily be obtained elsewhere.  Instead, I wanted to give a glimpse into what it would feel like to live in the space. With a limited budget, I ended up shooting the video myself, but it actually didn't detract from the final result.  The video received over 30,000 views in the first 2 months, and all units are now sold (even the ones still under construction).
